4.1 SMS Program Overview

Infinity Brokerage operates an SMS messaging program for clients, prospects, and partners. By submitting your phone number through our website, contact form, VIP Agent Program form, or other communication channels, and by checking the applicable SMS consent box(es), you opt in to receive text messages from Infinity Brokerage to the phone number you provided.

4.2 How to Opt In to SMS

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Infinity Brokerage by:

Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default and are optional. You may submit any of our forms without opting in to SMS.

You may opt out of SMS messages from Infinity Brokerage at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us unless you opt in again.
